These pages are my dedication to Nick Lea. They are part of my way of saying thanks to Nick for being the sweet and kind soul that he is. I hope to be able to gather more background information so that I can have a biography page on him. So far, this is what I know.
Nick was born June 22, 1962 in Canada. His middle name is Christopher. He lived all his life there (mostly Vancouver) until just recently when he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. Often times you will see his name spelt Nic, especially in credit listings. This is his agent's preferred spelling. He however, prefers it with the 'k'. Most of his works are Canadian, either theater or film/television. Some of his credits include "The Raffle", "Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years" (episode entitled "Lover's Leap), "The Burning Zone" (an episode called "Halls of The Serpent"), "Highlander - The Series" (episode entitled "The Fighter" from season 2 and an episode called "Money No Object" from season 5), "Jake and the Kid", "The Commish", and of course "The X-Files".
He has also filmed a TV movie for Fox called "Once A Thief" which will aired Sept. 29, 1996 from 8-10pm.. It is an adaptation of a John Woo movie about a woman who with the help of her ex and current boyfriends try to bring down the Chinese Mafia. Nick plays her current boyfriend, Victor who is an ex-cop. It is set partly in Hong Kong and then in Vancouver, Canada. It was slated to be a series though at this time I am not sure if it has been picked up yet. Once the show has aired, I'll be sure to post an in depth review. I don't want to spoil it for any one. Last we head, Nick is filming more of this show which means it may have been piecked up as a series.
"The X-Files" is no doubt Nick's best known work to date. He has tremendous popularity among X-Philes even though he plays the the bad guy Alex Krycek (aka Ratboy - Nick prefers Cool Rat Guy though). He's a big hit at the X-Files conventions. He's either been to or is scheduled to be at the following conventions:
